A credit card number is required to hold all grooming and full service bath appointments. This card is stored on secure servers (authorize.net) and the full number is not available to any of the members of the Bubbly Paws team. This card cannot be accessed at checkout to pay for the appointment.
Bubbly Paws is a CASH FREE store. All payments must be made by credit or debit card. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App.
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full price of the service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we would consider it a no-show and you could be charged the full amount for the service that was scheduled. If you are running late, please text/call the store and see if something can be worked out.
State law requires that all dogs must be up to date on their rabies vaccination for any grooming service.
We do accept a titer test as proof of vaccinations. Rabies tags on a dogs collar are not acceptable as proof of rabies, we must have the records from the vet office.
Quoting the price of a groom can change due to factors unknown at the time of booking. Once our groomers start working on your dog, they may things that could result in extra work and an additional charge. The most common reason for added cost is matting, which can range from $5-40 depending on the severity of the matting. We will always try to point out any extra charges when you drop off, but sometimes the extent of the matting is not realized until the grooming begins.
We work hard to provide a low stress setting but if your dog becomes aggressive or stressed out, we will stop the grooming and you be charged the full price of the groom.
Because of limited space, all dogs must be picked up at least 30 minutes after we inform you that your dog is completed with grooming. If you are unable to come pick up your dog within the hour, you may be charged a late pick up fee.
We do not accept dogs that have fleas. If we notice this while bathing or grooming, we will call you to immediately pick up your dog. You will be charged for the work that was completed (or a minimum fee of $25) and a fee for "flea cleanup" that starts at $30.
If we notice a tick on your dog while grooming, we will attempt to safely remove it and inform you at pick up.
